The application principle of metal woven mesh in wastewater treatment is mainly to use its physical interception and filtration functions. As a filter medium, woven mesh has a uniform mesh structure and unique materials, which can effectively trap suspended matter, particulate matter and some dissolved matter in the water, so as to protect the equipment and pipes of the subsequent treatment process from blockage. The application scenarios of metal woven mesh in wastewater treatment include the pretreatment stage of sewage treatment plants to remove large particle impurities and suspended matter in wastewater. By setting up grilles and screens, it is possible to effectively protect the pipes of the pump and the treatment structure from blockage. In addition, metal woven mesh is also used in mine drainage, industrial wastewater treatment and other fields to ensure that the wastewater is initially purified before entering the main treatment system.
